The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kanti P.S. Case No. 192/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim made allegation that Anil Sah enticed his minor daughter. The informant himself is not an eyewitness of the occurrence. He came to know that Anil Sah with the help of the petitioner Arvind Sah kidnapped his daughter. On mere suspicion the petitioner is named in the case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30858 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 192 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
