The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 390 of 2015 for offences punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47A of the Excise Act.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the statement of Mr. Ashok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the recovery is of 30 litres of liquor and the petitioner has a clean antecedent, let the petitioner Ramshankar Singh in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
