This is an application for bail in connection with Gaya Mahila P.S.Case No. 75 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 354, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is of torture and cruelty to his wife. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that informant has married to some other person and lodged the false and concocted case and she does not want to live with him and he is in custody since 18.7.2017.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54966 of 2017 (2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Gaya Mahila P.S.Case No. 75 of 2016, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
