The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased lady are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that similarly situated family members have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17475 of 2015.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30189 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
