2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is owner of seized motorcycle from which a country made pistol with a cartridge was recovered.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
