Petitioner, already in custody since 18.1.2018 seeks bail in Ara Nagar (Town) PS Case No. 23 of 2018, registered under Sections 414, 401, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that one scooty was recovered from the possession which is suspected to be stolen one. Submission is that the scooty was purchased by the petitioner, he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.1.2018 and similarly situated another accused Imran was granted bail by this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Md. Raja. is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town PS Case No. 23 of 2018.
