The petitioner has approached the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Madhubani in Appeal No. 929/08/12.
From the order-sheet dated 30.10.2012 (Annexure-8) passed in Appeal No. 929/08/12, it appears that the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Madhubani has dismissed the appeal on non-appearance of the appellant (petitioner herein).
