The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific allegation of assault is made against him. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false against the petitioner but during the course of trial a petition under section 319 of the Cr. P.C. was filed and the petitioner was summoned to face the trial. The petitioner surrendered in the court below on 27.04.2015 and since then he is in jail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
