This writ application, made in the form of Public Interest Litigation, is filed for issuance of a writ or directions to the respondents to restore possession of the landless persons living near Nalanda Medical College and Hospital, Patna, on plot Nos.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2471 of 2016 (3) dt.18-04-2016 755 and 1310, situated at Kudapar (Sadikpur) Meena Bazar, Patna, which are Gairmazarua Aam land, pursuant to issuance of 'Parcha' or provide alternative arrangements for settlement. Learned Additional Advocate General No. 6, appearing for the State respondents, submits that unauthorized occupation has been removed as per directions of this Court and the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has remedy available under the law in appeal, this writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
