Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
