2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, son of the informant had gone to his matrimonial house and thereafter, informant received information that his son has been murdered. Dead body of the deceased was found lying at the door of his matrimonial house. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implication in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
