The petitioners apprehend their arrest registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners were throwing waste water on his wall, when the informant objected the petitioners and others assaulted him with stick and Pharsa. It is submitted that from the side of the petitioners Manigachi P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 is registered on the basis that the informant and others assaulted the mother of petitioner no. 1. There appears that the occurrence took place due to land dispute. The informant Shatrudhan Sahoo got two lacerated wound caused by hard and blunt substance one of which is found on head extradural heamatomma and on account of which the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30581 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 injuries opined to be grievous in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Manigachi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
