Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 (A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim is a major and she herself stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be

No.56998 of 2022(2) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Yogendra Kumar Shukla, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
