The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant lodged a written report stating that he received knowledge that the daughter of the informant died at his matrimonial house. When the informant reached the matrimonial house of his daughter he saw that his daughter was dead and sign of black blot was

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case only due to suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and just after the marriage, the deceased and her husband were living separately and petitioner has no concern with day to day affairs of the family of the deceased. It is also submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and there is no direct, indirect or any circumstantial evidence against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands)
