The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of making sexual relationship with the informant by the petitioner on the pretext of solemnizing the marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the informant is a married lady and got no divorce from her husband, namely, Manish Kumar and developed love affairs with this petitioner on the pretext of getting solemnize marriage with the petitioner. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
