2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have fired at the victim who has sustained bullet injury.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the occurrence has taken place because of land dispute and the petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2023. No specific allegation of assault or firing has been attributed against the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.51 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Pasraha Police Station, Khagaria on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
