JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, State and the informant.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 2(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on account of land dispute. He refers to sale deed (Annexure-2) in support of the case.
Counsel for the informant submits that the petitioners have been released by the police on bond under Section 50(2) of the Cr.P.C.
