JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she solemnized marriage with co-accused Reyazuddin Ansari by her own sweet will. The medical board found the victim aged about 19 years whereas victim disclosed her age as 20 years. Moreover, petitioner happens to be father of the co-accused Reyazuddin Ansari. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions on behalf of the parties the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Siwan in Siwan
