The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.204 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady and nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that 10 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is
