2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 356 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals, on gun point, have looted golden chain, ring, three mobile phones, Rs. 5700/- cash, ATM Cards, D.L., Aadhar Card and R.C. book from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused from whom the looted articles were recovered. The petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, the antecedents of the petitioner and the materials on record, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
