Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504 of the Indian penal Code, Section 151 of Railway Act, 1989, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that owing to his criminal antecedent, he has been directed to be arrested by the Supervising Officer. Till date, he has not been put on T.I. Parade though the case is of the year 2010. He has been arrested on 29.11.2017, but till date, no material has come in course of investigation. In all other four cases pending against the petitioner, details of which are in paragraph-3, he is

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya in Konch P.S. Case No.46 of 2010 on the following conditions : - One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner and The petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
