The petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 30.08.2019 to facilitate settlement of dispute out side the Court.

This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is informed that the spouse are living together happily.

Learned counsel for the informant prays for adjournment of the matter for two months to await the cordial relation between the spouse.
