In compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.02.2022 passed in CWJC No. 18727 of 2018, a supplementary show cause has been filed by the contemnors, wherein it has been stated that a sum of Rs.2,17,14,627/- has already been credited in the account of the petitioner on

Patna High Court MJC No.1914 of 2022(4) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 17.03.2023 and the balance amount to the tune of Rs. 1,88,91,722/-, after deducting the tax amount, has also been credited in the account of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate the same before the respondent authorities. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The petition stands disposed off.
