The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148 /149/341/323/307/504/379/447/324 of the Indian Penal Code. Diary in this case was called for earlier, which has, since been received.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and after considering the injury report, it appears that the injury on the scalp is simple in nature. The other injury on the left middle finger purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner, has not yet been reported. However, considering the other fact and circumstances and
