Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377/ 511, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of making attempt to commit unnatural offence after taking the informant to Maize field. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has retracted from his initial version. It is submitted that for the occurrence of 22.03.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 24.03.2015. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ballia P.S.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29822 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 Case No. 98 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
