The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38156 of 2019 with liberty to renew

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54701 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 the prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is further submitted that the charges in this case have been framed on 24.07.2019 and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 08.04.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Session Judge, 2nd -cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 716 of 2019.
