2. This application has been filed for directing the respondent(s) concerned to institute a First Information Report and take appropriate legal action against the miscreants, respondent 2nd set, who have been threatening to usurp the ancestral properties of the petitioner, and further they have threatened him to face dire consequences if he makes any protest and apprise the matter to the respondent(s) concerned. The petitioners further prays to direct and command the respondent(s) concerned to protect life and properties of the petitioners.

3. The prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the police is not registering the F.I.R. of the petitioners and therefore, he seeks a direction from this Court to direct the authorities concerned to register the F.I.R. of the petitioners.

4. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of approaching the concerned Court below under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. for registration of an FIR or to file a complaint case therein.
