JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 20.10.2014 passed in Case No. 04-05/2013 by the Presiding Officer-IInd, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj.
