On getting confidential information with regard to presence of members of an outfit, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, two persons were apprehended. On interrogation they disclosed their identity as Ram Bachan Kahar as well as Bharat Paswan. From the possession of Ram Bachan Paswan, a police rifle along with cartridges were found while from the possession of Bharat Paswan (petitioner) two live cartridges of .303, pamphlets were seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 07.06.2017.

Accordingly, petitioner, Bharat Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Arwal in Rampur Chouram PS Case No. 21/2017.
