Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of demand of ransom on mobile call. Submission is that during investigation of the case it revealed that the SIM number is of one Jawahar Paswan and Jawahar Paswan stated that he had lost mobile phone along with SIM and the same SIM was used in the mobile phone of the petitioner. Considering the remoteness of the material and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

No.53230 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Madanpur Police Station Case No. 115 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
