The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 379 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioner and co-accused Gautam Kumar assaulted the informant and snatched gold chain of one Ravi Shankar Kumar and one Chintu Kumar took Rs. 5000/- from the pocket of one Avinash Kumar.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to parking of truck in the narrow lane, there was traffic jam and the petitioners being Auto driver, protested the aforesaid act, hence the present case has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29986 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 lodged. It is further submitted that for the occurrence of 25.01.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 27.01.2015. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
