JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 447, 323, 332, 307, 504, 506, 353, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 24.07.2015 at about 1.30 PM about 125-150 persons blocked the road by burning tyre and damage the Government property situated in Anchal Office and computers by pelting stones. The local Chaukidar identified certain people during investigation leading to registration of FIR against 24 named and 150 unknown. The petitioner is named in the FIR.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in the present

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7355 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation against the mob, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 192 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
