JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504, 427, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of causing injury on informant by sharp cutting weapon on his nose and took away box and utensils also.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and there is case and counter case between the parties. It has further been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.07.2017.

No.54532 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana, East Champaran, in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017.
