Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.19732 of 2021 dt.28-01-2022 2/3 Shri Ranjan Kumar Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Managing Director, Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Ltd., under instructions, states that the bridge, subject matter of the present lis, would positively be made functional and operational on or before 28.02.2022. Shri Amit Prakash, learned G.A. 13, under instructions from the Collector, Siwan, states that the bridge, subject matter of the present lis, would positively be made functional and operational on or before 28.02.2022. The statement made on behalf of the Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Ltd. is also taken on record to the fact that the other bridge would also be made operational and functional by 30th of May 2022.

Statement accepted and taken on record.

The Managing Director, Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Ltd. has been made aware of the consequences of breach of such undertaking.

We clarify that in the event of breach of undertaking, we would not hesitate to initiate appropriate proceedings for contempt against him.

Liberty reserved to the petitioner to agitate the issue afresh, should the need so arise directly with the

Present petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid terms.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
