2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other coaccused persons came at the spot armed with various weapons and assaulted Md. Anwar Shahzad on his head, eye and other parts of the body. It is also alleged that they made air firing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is no specific

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui, in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
