2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Manjhi P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 35, 26 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, on the tip off, the informant along with other police personnel proceeded to the place of occurrence. On seeing the police party, the accused persons started fleeing away but on chase, one person i.e. the petitioner was apprehended. It is alleged that one loaded country-made pistol, one live cartridge, mobile phone, a motorcycle are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no independent witness to the occurrence. It has further been submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is under incarceration since 16-06-2024.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of two cases other than the present one.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially, the criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above, is directed to furnish bail bond after four months from today and on doing so, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024.
