The accusation against the petitioner is that he took huge amount from the informant to provide VISA to the informant's son but subsequently, neither provided VISA nor returned the amount for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.08.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Ander P.S.
