JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70297 of 2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 28.03.2022 but till date no witness has been produced by the prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
