JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order contained in Memo No. 388 dated 30.09.2014 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Banka, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19614 of 2014 (2) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law within the statutory period.
