Petitioner is accused in Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 for an offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by this court vide order dated 19.8.2017 (Annexure-2) in Cr. Misc. No. 31432 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the State admits that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of the petitioner Vitori @ Victoriya Sao, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31432 of 2017 dated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63462 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 19.08.2017, on the ground of parity, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 on the condition that both the bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
