2. After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawing the present writ application with liberty to avail the alternative statutory remedy.

3. As prayed for, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative statutory remedy.
