The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tr. No. 3934/15 arising out of Complaint Case No.3325 of 2013 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation as also other facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the

No. 3934 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No. 3325 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
