Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 365, 366, 494, 498, 380/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he has committed no offence.

This court finds that the statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded wherein she has made specific allegation against the petitioner that he forcibly took her away from her matrimonial house.

In view of the gravity of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24735 of 2018 (3) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi.
