" I) For issuance of appropriate writ to quash the order dated 10.02.2021 as same Gypank no. 372 (Annexure-1) which is illegal / arbitrarily manner passed settlement of pond situated at village- Pitha Dobhi bearing Thana no. 50, Khata no. 225 Keshra no. 375, Rakwa- 1.25 acre P.SRosera, District-Samastipur. (II) For stay the aforesaid order proceeding, which has been passed by respondent authority malafide and arbitrary.

(III) For further direction be issued to the respondents be return the petitioner expense with 10% interest, who has expenses on fisheries business with consent respondent authorities as per scheme of the Government of Bihar. (IV) For any other relief or reliefs as your lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the

2. Mr. Ghanshyam Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Raj Kishore Roy, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents are present and they are heard.

The petitioner has filed this writ application with a prayer to quash the order dated 10.02.2021 on the ground that it is illegal and has been passed in an arbitrary manner with regard to the settlement of a pond situated at village- Pitha Dobhi, bearing Thana No. 50, Khata No. 225 Keshra No. 375, Rakwa- 1.25 Acre, P. S.- Rosera, District- Samastipur. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to satisfy this court regarding any illegality in Gyapank No. 372, order dated 10.02.2021 passed by the Anchal Adhikari (Circle Officer), Rosera, which is under challenge in this writ application and further, it simply relates to a notice concerning the bidding process, so, considering this aspect as well as taking into account the averments made in the counter affidavit filed by the State-respondents, this court finds no merit in this application, so, it stands dismissed.
