The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.1.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Purnea, in Criminal Revision No. 348 of 2014 by which he has affirmed the order of cognizance dated 22.11.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in Kasba P.S. Case No. 49 of 2013..

On going through the facts of the case, I see no merit in the application The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial in view of the direction of the Apex Court.
