2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15-03-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52527 of 2022 and vide order dated 08.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 78990 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no substantive material against the petitioner except confessional statement, and the person, in whose confessional statement, name of the petitioner has figured, has been granted bail by the court below itself.

4. In my view, there is no fresh ground to reconsider the bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
