The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the Executive Engineer of District Urban Development Authority, Jehanabad that through mobile life threat was given if the allotment of work was not being made in favour of this petitioner. It is further alleged that Hemant Sharan and Kundan Kumar also came into the room of the informant and asked him to approve the tender in favour of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46520 of 2014 (02) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 petitioner that the mobile number through which the threat was given is not registered in the name of the petitioner and as per the accusation no offence under Sections 353 and 384 of the IPC is made out against this petitioner.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 183 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
