JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 19.1.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 49329 of 2016 and vide order dated 9.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 35873 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date no witness has been examined in this case and earlier there was direction of this Court to renew prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 IPC but charge has been framed under Section 304B IPC.

Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased.
