2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners all being related to each other have been falsely implicated only for the reason that the so-called victim lady had gone away to Surat voluntarily with the son of petitioner no.2, namely, Roushan Kumar, as stated in her deposition recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. on 19.05.2015 in presence of her mother

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.29673 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar III, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class-cum-Additional Munsif, Bikramganj (Rohtas), in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No.145 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
