ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are in custody since 22.06.2017 and 31.08.2017, respectively, in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.633 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the same offence, two F.I.Rs. have been lodged; one being Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No.633 of 2016 followed by Khagaria P.S. Case No.634 of 2016. It is submitted that the allegation is similar in both the cases and the two cases have

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that though the present case was registered against unknown person, but in the following case, the names of these petitioners have been brought in; as a result finally the petitioners have also been arrested in connection with the present case. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that in other case the petitioners have been extended the privilege of regular bail, let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.633 of 2016.
